A Legacy of
Recovery
My name is Danielle Crosby, Founder of Alchemy Sober Living and Crosby Recovery LLC. I have walked both sides of this journey — through addiction and incarceration, and into long-term, celebrated sobriety. This mission is not just my passion; it runs in my family.

Walter Crosby — GrandfatherWalter passed away with 51 years of sobriety. In 1973 he founded Evergreen Manor in Everett, Washington — one of the region's earliest treatment centers. Over the decades it grew into Evergreen Recovery Centers, expanding across Snohomish, King, and Pierce Counties and becoming a cornerstone of recovery services in the Pacific Northwest.

Louise Crosby — GrandmotherLouise celebrated 41 years of sobriety and founded Crosby Recovery Center in Lynnwood, WA. Her greatest love and life's work were dedicated to fellow alcoholics and addicts, carrying the message of hope to everyone she met.

Randy Crosby — FatherDanielle's father Randy has 24 years in AA and currently operates two recovery houses in Southeast Washington, continuing the family's commitment to service and community.
They all carried the message of hope to me — which inspires me and is the namesake of our parent company.

Having lived in many sober living homes myself, I feel deeply informed about the environments that do — and do not — support mental, emotional, and spiritual development. I know the importance of growing roots in a safe, structured, supportive environment to build a completely new, fulfilling life.

Every Alchemy House operates with clear expectations — not to restrict, but to build the habits, accountability, and community that make lasting recovery possible.
Required curfews to build routine and stable habits, and maintain respectful relationships with neighbors.
Random drug and alcohol screenings to maintain a safe, clean, and accountable environment for all residents.
All residents must engage in employment, full-time outpatient care, or education to remain in the program.
Each resident maintains specific daily responsibilities, keeping the property clean and well-kept inside and out.
Residents are respectful and calm, ensuring a peaceful presence in family-friendly, safe neighborhoods.
24-hour on-site management ensures safety, cleanliness, and open communication for residents and landlords alike.
